I had a number of issues downloading and installing, with things like the "click here to generate serial" not working right away because the website was down, but eventually got it to work and found it had a 50meg limit (useless to me) on the home version. It said to download the "Pro" version for free to take away this limit, and all they ask in return is that you visit the site every 15 days so they get site traffic. Upon doing this, I found the software fairly easy to use and it has very useful features, such as masking your folders to look and behave like something else. I.E: My encrypted folder looks like the recycle bin, and even when you click on it, it takes you to the recycle bin, so it is not only a password protected folder, but also disguised so no layman would attempt to crack it. 
After installing the program, I promptly -was forced- to uninstall it. I never even used it, so I cannot comment on it. I installed it and that was as far as I got before I became GROSSLY dissatisfied. I thought the program was a virus at first, then I just assumed it had a severe bug. When I ran the program, my entire desktop froze up. Task manager would open, but I couldnt use it. The program died on its own and an error report sent... but the error report froze as well. And the rest of my computer was still frozen. I restarted the computer and ran the application again: same effect, exactly. I had to restart again at which time I uninstalled it. As I initiated the uninstall, the program activated itself (I dont know how) and started functioning properly... until the program was erased from memory. No more issues. THAT is my first person experience with your software.
Just installed and used tested it Light version, it seemed fine.
